Mike specializes in the medical device industry. He focuses on recruiting proven professionals that will enhance his client's bottom line, as well as enhance their reputation in the industry. Recent successes include helping a small company fill a critical need for a senior executive. The company had been trying to fill it for six months. Mike filled the position -within three weeks of starting the project - with an employed candidate they would not have found on their own.
He also helped two clients fill needs in more ‘rural’ areas of the country. The companies had been trying to fill the positions on their own for over three months. In both cases, two qualified candidates were presented and the hiring authorities were able to select the best candidate.
Mike has attained his CSAM status - one of the few to do so on their first attempt. This status is an MRINetwork™ designation that certifies Mike as one of the best in the business and committed to excellence and continuous professional development.
Mike graduated from the University of Wyoming with a BS in Communications and a minor in Business. He has diverse professional background in customer relations and sales. His ability to create long-term relationships with clients is key to his success.
Mike's experience has given him a keen awareness and understanding of what qualities make great employees and what characteristics are required, not just to make a team fit together, but to be able to work together to produce dramatic results.
When Mike is not working, he loves to spend time with his wife, Kayleen, and their three children. He loves to spend time in the outdoors and enjoys all sports. He closely follows his Denver Broncos and Wyoming Cowboys.
