Jeff hails from Southern California. He attended Brigham Young University where he received his degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Management and Administration. He began his professional career in restaurant management. From there, he managed a top performing branch within the country’s largest and most successful rental car company.

Jeff currently resides in the suburbs of Salt Lake City with his wife, two daughters, and one young son. When Jeff is not working on finding the best talent available for his clients, he enjoys spending quality time with this family, creating home improvement projects, and risking life and limb on his mountain bike.
