Dallin has worked for Management Recruiters of Salt Lake City since 1999. He currently uses his strong research skills to assist our search consultants.
Dallin has a strong understanding of traditional recruiting methods of networking and recruiting. He understands our clients' business needs. And his strong suit is research - from candidate mining to locating competitive intelligence - information and people who can give our clients a competitive edge.
Dallin is highly effective at using technology to supplement our traditional recruiting methodologies. If there’s a professional with a particular background that you require, Dallin can find them. He has assisted our search consultants with hundreds of searches, locating the right people to network with and recruit.
Dallin earned his Bachelor's at Utah State University in Business Administration. Prior to Management Recruiters of Salt Lake City, Dallin worked for a large private University and oversaw technology, software contracts, and helped to design and rollout a University-wide laptop requirement for students. He has a great love for education. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, and their four children. He also likes reading, cycling, and following college football.
