Aaron specializes in recruiting and placing top Biostatisticians, who have advanced degrees in Biostatistics, have worked with the FDA, and know how to design, evaluate, analyze and interpret clinical trials data. He also works with clinical SAS programmers and statistical programmers (usually with advanced degrees) that have FDA clinical trial experience.

Aaron earned his Bachelors in Psychology from Idaho State University and started his professional career in the mental health industry. His now puts that background to use in helping the professionals he works with to further develop their careers.
Aaron and his wife have three wonderful children. In his spare time, he thrives on spending time with his family and getting into the outdoors with them as much as possible. He also enjoys playing the guitar and has aspirations of taking drum lessons one day.
